Even if your marketing team consists of just a founder and a part-time writer, bringing collaborators into your Marketora workspace eliminates email tag, lost Google Docs links, and conflicting draft versions.

How to Invite Team Members

1. Navigate to Settings > Workspace Members in your top navigation menu.
2. Click the Invite Member button.
3. Enter your teammate's email address and assign their role:
• Editor / Author: Can generate AI briefs, write content, and edit drafts, but cannot publish directly to the live site.
• Publisher: Can approve drafts, trigger live publications, and manage category taxonomies.
• Workspace Admin: Full access to team permissions, API tokens, integrations, and billing settings.
4. Click Send Invitation. An onboarding link will be emailed to your colleague immediately.

Collaborative Draft Workflows

Once your team is onboarded, you can assign draft reviews, leave inline comments, and track content revisions directly within the editor. The original AI-generated brief remains attached to every piece of content, ensuring everyone stays aligned with the target persona, primary keyword, and strategic objectives.
