Marketora

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Marketora (“we”, “us”) provides an AI marketing platform. This policy explains what data we collect on this website and in the Marketora product, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account and signup data. When you create a workspace we collect your name, work email, organization name and chosen workspace name. We use this to create and administer your account and to send the verification and welcome emails the signup flow requires.

Contact and demo requests. When you book a demo or contact us we collect the name, email, company and message you submit, and use them to respond to your request.

Usage analytics. This website uses privacy-friendly, first-party analytics to understand how pages perform. Analytics run only after you accept the consent banner; declining it disables them. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Content you create in the product. Campaigns, content and settings you create in your workspace belong to you. Each workspace runs in its own isolated tenant — see our security page for specifics.

How we use data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train models for other customers.

AI processing

When you use AI features, the prompts and source content you provide are processed to generate the output you requested. Generated content is created as a draft in your workspace and nothing is published without your approval.

Connected accounts

You can connect a LinkedIn account to your workspace so Marketora can post for you. Only a workspace owner or admin can connect or disconnect an account.

What we receive. When you connect, LinkedIn tells us your LinkedIn member ID and your name, and gives us a key that lets Marketora post on your behalf. We don’t receive your LinkedIn password.

What we do with it. We show the account’s name in your workspace so you know which account is connected, and we check regularly that the connection still works. Marketora will only publish content that someone in your workspace has approved. We don’t read your feed, your messages or your connections.

How we protect it. The key is stored encrypted, separately for each workspace, and is never shown to anyone — including you and our own staff through the product.

How to remove it. Disconnect the account in your workspace settings, and we delete the key immediately. You can also remove Marketora from your LinkedIn settings under Data privacy → Permitted services. When a workspace is closed, the record of the connection is erased with the rest of the workspace. See how to delete your data.

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Workspace content is kept until you delete it or close your workspace. Lead and demo enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up you request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us via the contact page and we will respond to verified requests within the timelines applicable law requires. Depending on your jurisdiction you may also have rights to portability, restriction and objection.

Processors and transfers

We use a small number of infrastructure and service providers to operate the service, bound by data-processing terms:

Some of these providers process data outside India. We do not sell personal data to any of them.
