Completing the Onboarding Wizard
Walk through all 6 setup steps so every piece of content matches your brand.
The 6-Step Onboarding Architecture
The Onboarding Wizard calibrates Marketora's AI models. Rather than relying on generic prompt engineering, Marketora automatically injects your verified business attributes into every generation prompt.
Step 1: Business Identity
Establish foundational parameters including your company name, official website, industry vertical, organization size, and target geographical territories. This anchors the AI in your market reality.
Step 2: Offerings & Products
Catalog your key products and services. Define what each offering does, primary value propositions, and tangible competitive differentiators against alternatives in the market.
Step 3: Target Audiences
Create your first customer persona. Input job titles, daily operational pain points, buying triggers, and common sales objections so content speaks directly to buyer needs.
Step 4: Brand Voice & Rules
Define your brand's unique tone of voice (e.g., authoritative, conversational, bold, or technical). Configure preferred terminology and forbidden buzzwords that must never appear in generated drafts.
Step 5: Strategy & Channels
Set primary marketing goals (customer acquisition, thought leadership, retention) and declare your active distribution channels (Email, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Blog, Meta Ads).
Step 6: AI Governance & Review
Configure review modes and approval thresholds. Choose between strict human-in-the-loop sign-off for all drafts or automated progression based on content quality scores.
Updating Your Context Later
Every setting configured in the Onboarding Wizard is stored in the Business Context Hub and can be edited, expanded, or refined at any time as your business grows.
